Talk to Mr. Bouffon to start the quest, he'll say something about a tear in the dimension or something.

Get dimension pieces A, B and C from Grim Phantom Watch.

Talk to Mr. Bouffon, he'll tell you to give the pieces the Flo(?). Flo will combine the pieces into 'Fragment of Dimension'.

Now, kill GateKeepers or Thanatos to get a Medal of <Insert Japanese word here>.

Next, go to the map between GateKeepers and Thanatos.

Click on the NPC to go to the Papulatus room.

Drop the Fragment of Dimension on the star thing...

Run! Papulatus spawned.

Kill Papulatus (Level 125Boss) to finish the quest.
