Scrolling and potential
I traded my wa 101 ribgol sword clean for red rex earring 7 dex 3 slots, and the earring is at 3 liner. Therefore, no scrolling and potential parts.

Cubing
I used around 40 cubes from rare to epic, then around 60 cubes from epic to unique. The videos below show that I'm cubing red rex earring at epic stats. I cubed to epic and unique on the some other days and I did not take videos on it.
