Steps for DC
1: find the victims IGN
2: convert IGN to hex
3: replace [name in hex] with the igns hex
4: replace [hex] with the number of chars in IGN (4=04, 5=05, 10=0A, 11=0B, so on and so on)
5: copy the packet and paste in packet editor
6: start spamming
7: wait for victim to DC
