I finally had a feedback from Product Support Division regarding my missing acash which i found missing before the server maintenance at 9am on the 20th July 2011.
But to my disappointment, either the GMs or Technicians were too lazy to find out the source of the problem and just straight showed me my history of acash purchase in game.

With regards to this incident, we would like to request from you, a new email address to be used for your AP ID as we suspected that your current email address used for this AP might be compromised.

I found out that my KOC character bought that item from MY gateway.Of course it wasnt bought by me.
Thanks to xXxHaMuxXx that i'm able to track it down.
Now,the question would be,how would the hackers be able to get hold of account's id and password?
