You cut once, you put into storage, that's it. Once it comes out, it's bonded again to whichever character takes it out. Therefore, you can keep cutting the equipment or weapon and make it trad-able.
ie. helm bonded to character A. Character A uses sok, helm no longer bonded to A. A puts helm in storage. B takes it out of storage. Helm is bonded to B. Get it?
There are some specific equipments or weapons that you can bond using SoK, and make the item become trad able.
Eg.
Bunny Disguise Mask III
Zakum Helmet
Chaos Zakum Helmet
Horntail Necklace
MoM
Thus, you are able to trade that specific equipment or weapon that is actually untradeable to another character or sell that item in Free Market Stores.
