1. Potential/enhancement drop
- Potential 70% scroll drops from all 30+ level mobs & 5 piece of miracle cubes
- Potential 90% scroll can be obtained from 10 piece of miracle cubes from Cash shop
- Enhancement scroll drops from all 50+ level mobs
(normal enhancement scroll: start from 80% success, advanced enhancement scroll: start from 100% success)
Potential 70% and enhancemenet scroll's drop rate is fairly high. It's now about 3.5mils for the potential 70% in KMS. So, we don't need to worry too much. After patch, there two types of items will be dropped such as normal item (same as our current item and we need potential scroll to apply potential attributes before use magnifying glass) and unidentified item (we can use glass to check potential ability).
Potential scroll only can be used items have upgrade. It doesn't matter how many available of upgrades are left (fine with 0 left), but cannot be used on item such as magic ring or medal or some cape without upgrade.
2. Magnifying glass
You might think more expensive(higher lvl) glass might be better. But it doesn't assign better stats. Just use right level glass on item.
3. Potential stats
Potential stats are random from 1-3 lines. See below picture;

It has str +10, str +5, HP 3%, total 3 lines. Once you check unidentified item, you will get number of lines randomly. Better start with 3 lines. Almost no chance (very very rare chance) you get 3 lines from 2 lines even if you use tons of miracle cubes. So best use normal scrolls and enhancement or miracle cubes once you have 3 lines items.
Also these stats are depending on item levels. For example, % stats are as below;

% stat options are; watt%, matt%, str/dex/luk/int stat%, mdef, pdef, total dmg%, HP,MP, avoid, Critical.
3 lines +71lvl item can have total +21%, 31~70lvl item +14%, -30lvl item +7%
Therefore, 3 lines +71lvl item even without scrolling can be better than decent low level scrolled item.
4. Item rank
normal > rare > epic > unique
This can be randomly assigned to an item or we can upgrade it by applying potential scroll or sometimes while using miracle cubes. Once item upgrades to next level, it doesn't decrease back and very rare chance skip to the second next level. For example, from rare to unique.
5. Item enchanment
If succeeded one scroll, you will have one star on the item and increase stats already item has or add new stats, and also allows you to able to scroll once more. For example, you can scroll once more with one star item even if your item had 0 available upgrade slot left. Increasing of stats are based on origial item stats. WG doesn't have w.att originaly, for instance, so it wouldn't increase w.att. However, there is exception of mushking glove has 1 watt, 2 matt originally, but it doesn't increase w/m att.
6. Decent skill
Decent mystic door: 70lvl+ hat
Decent sharp eyes: 120lvl+ glove
Decent haste: 30lvl+ shoes
Decent hyper body: 30lvl+ bottom
These skills are of course less effective than actual skills by class. But it's good to have it as you are soloing. This is one of the stats you can get from epic+ potential (ex, if you have 3 lines, then decent haste, str 2%, hp 5%)
7. Potential available stats
★ Hat
When you get hit, 10% chance of fall-in-love expression(?), mystic door, stat%, accuracy, avoid, mdef%, pdef%, recover hp/mp when you attack, increase hp/mp, dmg ignore, miss chance
★ Face acc
stat%, accuracy, avoid, mdef%, pdef%, every few sec hp/mp recovery, increase hp/mp
★ Eye acc
stat%, accuracy, avoid, mdef%, pdef%, increase hp/mp
★ Weapon
stat%, total w.att%, total m.att%, total dmg%, ignoring monster's mdef, pdef%, 20~30% more att on boss, w.att, m.att, recover hp/mp in chance when you attack, Some chance(ex.10%) stun on mobs (it's by lvl 1~6), freeze, darkness, slow, poison effect, All skill lvl 1~2+, increase hp/mp, increase critical chance
★ Top, bottom
stat%, increase miss, all skill lvl 1~2+, bottom hyper body, some chane(ex.20%) miss chance, recover hp/mp in chance when you attack, mdef, pdef, avoid, accuracy, some chance auto skill(?), increase potion use(if 20% more, unagi 1200 instead of 1000), duration of spelled statue decrease, increase hp/mp
★ Shoes
stat%, mdef, pdef, accuracy, avoid, decent haste, some chance miss, increase hp/mp
★ Glove
stat%, mdef, pdef, accuracy, avoid, decent sharp eyes, recovery some hp/mp when you attack, increase potion use(if 20% more, unagi 1200 instead of 1000), increase hp/mp, autoskill(?)
★ Cape
stat%, mdef, pdef, accuracy, avoid, miss chance, increase hp/mp
★ Earring
stat%, mdef, pdef, accuracy, avoid, all skill lvl 1~2, autoskill, increase hp/mp
★ Belt
stat%, mdef, pdef, accuracy, avoid, increase hp/mp
★ Ring
stat%, mdef, pdef, accuracy, avoid, increase hp/mp
* all skill 1~2+ affects only skill (excluding begginer skill) you already put 1+ and not maxed yet. For example, if you have 1+ skill potential option and you have only 7 SE, then you will have same effect of 8 SE. However, you canno use skillbook 20/30 when you have 19/29. Btw, I cannot figure it out what autoskill means.
