The MapleSEA website is frequently down to some users.

This problem seems to be affecting only Singtel users(mio box). Most of Singnet users aren't able to access to the maplesea website frequently. If you are a Singnet user, that is the reason why you are not able to access the website.
Below procedure apply to Windows XP/Vista/Win7, close your Internet Browser before proceed.
1. Go to "Control panel"
2. Select "Internet Options" and open it.
3. Select "Connections" tap, click the "LAN settings" button...
4. "Tick" -> Automatically detect settings
5. "Tick" -> Use a proxy server for your LAN
6. Fill in, Address: proxy.singnet.com.sg & Port: 8080
7. Click "Advanced" button, fill in the same proxy/port as above inside "HTTP" box
8. "Tick" "use the same proxy server for all protocols" and click "OK"
9. "Tick" -> Bypass proxy server for local addresses and click "OK"
10. Finally, click "OK" to save your Internet properties and close Control Panel
Restart your Internet Browser if you did not closed it earlier.
Now you should be able to browse maplesea website.
*You can also change the Internet Properties from within Internet Explorer via Tools/Internet Options.
*If your other internet access at school/work place is other then Singnet, you'll need to disable the proxy to access internet, simply "untick" step 5.
