1) clear 16 slots in equip
2) purchase hat design 1 x 16 sets.
3) transfer to your equip slot
4) hold the enter key down and doubleclick all the hats.
5) unequip the 16th hat. verify all hats no longer have any charm go to give
6) enter cs
7) transfer all cs hats back into wardrobe
8) purchase hat design 2 x 16 set. (it will be the last 16th items in the wardrobe)
repeat step 3 onwards.
remember you can only gain 5000 charm daily.
you need a total 11040 charm for level 30 . this works out to be 221 hats in total. or 23k cash thereabouts at max.

this is the fastest way to gain lvl 30 charm, its probably going to be next to impossible to buy fame now that captcha system makes it more difficult to log in and out.
