When you reach level 30, you will get a light bulb on top of your head with a quest called "Endangered Mushking Empire". You have to talk to your job instructor to get the recommendation letter. Once you double-click on the letter, your screen will turn black and a mini-movie will be shown. You'll be automatically teleported to the Mushroom Kingdom. If you didn't get it for some unknown reason, just follow these steps to Mushroom Kingdom:
1) First, you must be in Henesys. Go in the portal on the very right side of the map.
2) You will be in the map called "Spore Hill". Go in the next portal on the bottom right of the map.
3) You will be in "Humming Forest Trail". Go in the next portal on the bottom left of the map.
4) You will be in "Windflower Forest". Go in the next portal on the bottom left of the map.
5) You will now be in "Blue Mushroom Forest". Go in the next portal on the far left of the map.
6) This map is called "Ghost Mushroom Forest". The next portal at the far left on the bottom will take you to Mushroom Kingdom.
