Dear Maplers,
It have come to our attention that characters of multiple user are bugged and unable to exit certain maps. From 1st December 2012 onward, Game Masters will be carrying out “Operation Rescue” to assist users out of those maps.
Operation Rescue : Alpha
Game Masters will be online during 2 sessions to rescue users out of UNKNOWN MAPS, thus Maplers are required to log into their Asiasoft Passport and seek immediate assistance on live chat. The two time-slots available will be from “1200hrs to 1300hrs” and “1600hrs to 1700hrs”. Do note that unknown map consist of maps not named under “Operation Rescue : Bravo’s” map list.
Note:
-If your character is bugged under “Operation Rescue : Bravo’s” map list, kindly wait for the “Operation Rescue : Bravo’s” time-slots.
Event Duration:
Starting from 1st December 2012
Session A: 12:00HRS - 13:00HRS
Session B: 16:00HRS - 17:00HRS
Operation Rescue : Bravo
Game Master will be also be rescuing bugged character from the mentioned time-slots and maps stated below. Players are advised to login and park their character while waiting for a Game Master to arrive. Do allow some time for the Game Master as they may be busy rescuing other users.

Operation Rescue : Charlie
Characters which are bugged at maps causing the client to crash, will only be rescued during a server check. Current known map is the “ZEN” 4th Job advancement map, do note that we are working closely with the developer to provide a solution within the shortest time possible.
