[Empress's Grace for Mihile]Peridot drop from Rash or Harp?

Season2,Mihile's Empress's Grace quest require us to hunt Peridot from Rashes instead of Harps.

But,I already camp-ed here 4hours and lvled 4times,not even a single peridot do drop.

Possible to be..?
1.Purely unlucky.
2.They didn't update the droplist of Rashes.

Also...a question,
1.If I hunt at Harps(using Mihile),will I get peridots there?
