My own experience as a guild master:
Guild hoppers who asked to join guild on their own and quit quietly in a short time and appear in multiple guilds after disgusts me.Guild
members who asked for $/demand immediate help in something as though i owe them a living(normally this kind quit on their own after failing to get what they want even without expulsion)
Like guild members who chat and put training aside for guild events sometimes.
Experience as a guild member:
Do not like guilds that expect members to chiong how many levels in x amount of time.
Asks about attack range>if range is high>add to guild.
Randomly add>find not what they want>expel>randomly add another one.
Longest hours played at one go for me: 11.
