Hayato Hyper SKil

Hi there, Just wan to check with anyone , did any one know what the pre quest or what to unlock hyper skill for Hayato? Apprently I know when you reach lvl 140 for other job the hyper skill will appear blue colour under the skill list on , but apparently I reach 150, and hayato hyper is still grey colour, any one have this problem also? any 1 Gm/Mod can clarify it?
