This is the new lvl 220 town, as you can see above. there are many new maps to train on, yet to be discovered. You can go to this town if you are level 220, access this town by the NPC muto on chew chew island (after the PQ map on the right).
Anyway here is how you can get arcane set (level 200 equips)... you need to kill lucid to get stones. You need to be lvl 230, and with 300 arcane force to hit full dmg on lucid.
Then using the stones dropped by Lucid exchange for fastasma coins with the NPC below on the right. This NPC is located in the lachein town.
Then use the coin to buy arcane equipments on the left NPC.
New lvl 200 arcane sets equipments....
