First thing out of all, Black Friday is to give discount NOT to increase price.
Additional cube is originally sold at 1.9k per cube. Now, it is increased to 2.7k per cube. This means you are buying it at a higher premium price without discount. This means it is a SCAM Friday not a Black Friday.
Not to say that the tier up rate is still the same.
