Here is the secrets from someone who have 40 different chars level 200 and achieved 8k union. (not me, is someone in game)
Look for the one with best link skills here. Then train all of them to level 140 first.
Then go for other jobs like aran, etc until you got 40 different chars with different jobs to level 140.
Tips
- Throw fafnir hat, top, btm, (12 stars) and weapon (17 stars) to each of the mules and fully traced them 15% or 30% during fever time. Those 4 are the essential to deal the highest dmg to mobs. You don't really need other items like rings, earring, etc unless you are rich enough.
- A lot of power elixir (buy from Auction or pick from bosses like Ark)
- If there is event like utah farm or burning event. Always train the hardest to train char first like Zen. You know what I mean. Hardest to train one always wait for leveling event.
- Prepare kanna kishin and bishop HS
- The union coins can use to buy exp coupons in henesys npc. Buy and go train.
