This is an event, only lasts for a period of time. Held twice per year.
This portal only available during the event period.
Simply click the dimensional mirror in any town to go directly to the golden temple.

The map should look like this.
To enter the mirrored side, go through the portal on the right. It is a not a normal portal, but one of those yellow circle ones.
From here, you can reach any of the dungeons. The different dungeons are Monkey Temple, Goblin Cave, and Ravana’s Sanctuary.
To gain entry to the dungeon you need:
To enter each dungeon, you will need a Golden Ticket 
(Given out once per day for free) or a Premium Golden Ticket 
(You need to purchase with cash), this premium golden ticket gives you the more time than the golden ticket in the dungeon. Each Golden Ticket allows one entry into one dungeon in the Golden Temple. You will be kicked out after 30 minutes. The Premium Golden Ticket allows access for one hour.
To Enter the Ravana Boss’s Sanctuary you need:
The Ravana Boss’s Sanctuary requires 5 Sunbursts
.- These are dropped from monsters inside the dungeons.
- Each time you enter, you will need another 5 sunbursts.
- If you leave mid-battle, you will lose the sunbursts.
When you first talk to Mr. Yoo who is at the Golden Temple main map or when you click the light bulb above your head, you will receive one Golden Ticket.
After the first time, you can complete a daily quest to receive more tickets.
Simply kill monsters til you gather 10 Golden Ticket Pieces
This quest grants you one Golden Ticket and this quest can only be done once per day. You can gather many tickets and not use them.
So, there are a total of 14 different dungeons.
The mirror mode dungeons are the same as the regular mode look wise and spawn wise. However, the monsters are much stronger. The level of a monster doesn’t affect how quickly the sunbursts drop. These are the different dungeons.
Also, only one person can go into a dungeon. You are not allowed to go into a dungeon with party members.

Update (6/23/10):
To fight the boss, you need to collect 5 sunbursts and you enter through the golden dome portal. When you enter, you will be sent to the Sanctuary Entrance. There, you can make parties. It is simply a open room with no monsters. There are two portals, one to go out, and one to the Ravana sanctuary.
To enter the sanctuary, you must be in a party of at least 2 people. Also, if there is no one to go with you, you can change channel, go into cash shop, mts or even log out without getting teleported out. When you come back, you will still be at the sanctuary and your sunbursts would not have been wasted. After killing the boss, you will be sent back to the Golden Temple main map.
