MapleStory Monster Carnival 2 Party Quest

 Monster Carnival 2
You need to be Level 50 and above.

Note: This Party Quest is boring, I recommend you to go for grinding in training grounds instead.

You can do Monster Canival 2 at Orbis and Ludibrium now via this NPC above.

Talk to the NPC Spiegelmann in Orbis, Ludibrium to enter Monster Carnival.

Monster Carnival Season Two is a competitive Party Quest between a party and another party. Once again, you and your teammates compete to collect the most amount of Carnival Points (CP) by killing monsters in deeper areas of the Ludibrium Clock tower, Most of the features are the same as the ones in Season One. However, the monsters are higher leveled compared to the ones in Season One. The EXP given by monsters are only 1 – 8 EXP each, hence the primary reward of the Party Quest is the rewarded EXP at the end of the challenge.
The CP collected can be used to perform tasks such as Summon a Monster, Skill, and Protector to slow down the other team. There are also designated hotkeys that can be used when selecting one of these three tabs to activate it.

When casting Protectors, they will appear as a pillar with a gem on top. Attacking and destroying these pillars (including your opponents' pillars, denoted by the colour of the gem) will remove the buffs.

The Carnival Fields in Season Two are abundant like mini-dungeons. Carnival Field 1 and 2 are for parties that have 2-4 members; Carnival Field 3 looks exactly the same as Field 2, however it is for parties that have 3-6 members. For obvious reasons, you will want to have the maximum number of party members for the selected Carnival Field, although it's not necessarily required.

Items that are dropped in this PQ will be used up instantly (except for Maple Coins, for redeeming prizes later). In addition to the usual potions (Mana Elixirs, Elixirs, etc), the following is the list of other items dropped:

Description
Carnival Point 1 Increases Carnival Point by 1.
Carnival Point 2 Increases Carnival Point by 2.
Carnival Point 3 Increases Carnival Point by 3.
Party Mana Elixir Recovers 300 MP for all members of your party.
Party Elixir Recovers 50% of HP and MP for all members of your party.
Party Power Elixir Recovers all HP and HP for all members of your party.
Party All Cure Potion Cures any abnormal state affecting any members of your party.
Mini Cube of Darkness One of the members in the opposing party will be inflicted a random abnormal state.
Cube of Darkness Everyone in the opposing party will be inflicted a random abnormal state.
Stunner One of the members of the opposing party will be stunned.

As there is not one perfect strategy - as conditions such as what jobs the opposing party members are, and what Carnival Field you're in, will require a different strategy each time - there will not be one written here. Simply play through a game or two to familiarize yourself and work closely with your teammates to win. Also do note that each round takes 10 minutes.

Monster Carnival 2
To get started, find your old pal, Spiegelmann, in the towns of Orbis or Ludibrium, to enter the Monster Carnival 2 fields. Once you enter the carnival field, parties will be designated as either Red or Blue teams. The goal is to acquire Carnival Points, also known as CP, by hunting the monsters of the opposing party, and prevent the other team from hunting your monsters. The party that earns the most Carnival Points wins!
You can use CP to summon a monster to attack the opposing party. Summon monsters such as Buffy, Soul Teddy, Lazy Buffy, Master Soul Teddy, Buffoon, Deep Buffoon, and Viking.
Use CP to use skills such as Darkness or Weakness to directly hinder the opposing party from eliminating any monsters. Skills last for a limited amount of time. Use Darkness, Weakness, Curse, Poisoned, Slow, Seal, Stun, and Cancel Buff to cripple your opponent's chances of defeating monsters.
During the carnival, be sure to collect as many Shiny Maple Coins as possible as you can trade these with Spiegelmann to get Spiegelmann¡¯s Necklace of Chaos.
If you are the player with the most wins ever in Monster Carnival 2, you will be rewarded with the Absolute Victory Carnivalian Medal.
