Asiasoft suspended my account for no reason and refuse to unsuspend it despite providing information

7 days ago my maple account and whole asiasoft is suspended for identity verification.
my asiasoft is a new asiasoft with no IC needed.
i emailed them and got this reply.


"You are required to complete an identity verification procedure. This is part of our security measures to ensure that you are the rightful owner of the Asiasoft Passport. Kindly reply to this email with the following information:

1) Scanned color copy of both sides of your National ID

2) Asiasoft Passport Login ID

3) MapleSEA LoginID


so i did as told. btw they take a few days to reply just one email of mine. how hardworking are they . hmm
so this is their next reply after 2 days.

In response to your query, please note that Asiasoft verification process is strictly based on National ID. According to Asiasoft Passports' Terms and Conditions, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself during registration. Asiasoft may deny you access to the Site in the event that your information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.

Our system shows that your National ID "S*******" has not been used to register for any Asiasoft Passport account before. If you wish, you may proceed to register for a new Asiasoft Passport account using your National ID details. However, if you wish instead to transfer your National ID particulars to an existing Asiasoft Passport account, you will need to request for a Comprehensive Identity Verification by emailing us with the following information:



1. Scanned color copy of both sides of your National ID [noted]

2. Asiasoft Passport that you wish to verify

3. The email address that you wish to use

Once we receive all information, the Customer Service Officer will proceed to verify your claims. Kindly note that requests without any of the abovementioned information will not be processed due to security reasons.


still , i did as told, and this was their next reply again after days.

i did it again. i sent very detailed account information to them. let me show you what i mean



1. LoginIDs of the game accounts
i have two Maple Account ID : ******* and *****

2. In-game name (IGN) for all the characters , 3. Level and jobs for all the characters
for [Login ID1] i have a [JOB] of level 75 called [IGN] [Aquila]
for [Login ID2] i have a [JOB] of level 127 called [IGN] [Aquila]

4. Last logout location of all your characters inside this Asiasoft Passport
for [Login ID1] i am not particularly sure where is the last log out place as i've not login for days. might be at free market
for [Login ID2] should be at ludibrium fighting spirit vikings when i got suspended

5. Total amount of mesos on each character inside this Asiasoft Passport
for [Login ID1] don't have much mesos cause i don't play that account anymore. i don't expect you guys to make me give the exact mesos but im sure its less than a million
for [Login ID2] i am sure i have 2.1bil mesos on the character and 2.1billion mesos in the "storage bank"

6. Items (including equipment stats) you have for all characters inside this Asiasoft Passport
for [Login ID1] i believe i have no good items left there except some rubbish which i don't remember what is it as they are least significant.
for [Login ID2] i have quite an amount of eq .

my scarlion helm have [Number]% dex potential on it and it is [Number] liner .

i should have a red arzuna lv 100 bowman overall with 17dex as i scrolled 10 100% overall dex on it. it is potentialed with [Number] liner. 2 of the lines adds all stats +5 and dex +5 .

i have dark neschere with 119 wa Potentialed with 10 weapon attack [Number] liner currenlty with the " fredrick " as my shop was open during the time i got suspended and it has been over 6 days. this dark neschere has 3 stars as i have passed 3 equipment enhancement on it.

i have 12wa [Number] str [Number] dex green arcina , bowman gloves potentialed with [Number] liner with a line consisting of [Number] dex. the item is passed with 6 scrolls . i have extended 2 slots using Vicious Hammer.

i have quite a few clean insignificant items so i could not remember them .

i have sold most of my items in shop that i was wearing cause im deciding to sell everything and play mechanic.

i believe i have a strawberry earrings with[Number] liner potentialed with [Number]% dex. and it is passed with [Number] scrolls. so it has [Number] dex.

i also believe i should have beach sandals with no weapon attack as the Beach sandals scrolls i've scrolled took away the weapon attack.
(this item might not exist anymore as i might have dropped it cause its useless and takes up my slot )

i remember i have a maple umbrella from the 6th anniversary gift box as i like to wear it during my shoppping in free market. i should have a orange mushroom mount which i got it from 6th anniversary gift box too. might have expired as i think it last for 7 days .

i also have a purple giles cape with [Number]% dex . it is[Number] liner too and passed with [Number] scrolls too which is [Number] dex. most of my eq are with fredrick as my store was opened during the time i got suspended so please double check it. i have provided all the information i can . so please don't reply me with the same email asking me provide the 1-7 you've mentioned


i also should have two to three dark pirate tops scrolled with [Number]luk (+4) and [Number] luk (+5) with fredrick which i put in shop before i got suspended and now the shop has expired. ( i am not sure about this)

most of the items i remembered above are my Main equipment im wearing . so i can exactly remember the stats of it . as for those rubbish and clean equipments i could not remember their stats and i dont expect you guys expect me to remember them as that would be atrocious.


7. Any other extra information that you want to add about the characters.

for [Login ID 2] has 79 base strength , remember cause i over-added it. this is my main character that i have been playing.
it should be at lv[Number] definitely above [Number]% now . i have caught a Legendary "Jaira" with [IGN] . the keys i set for jaguar rider would be at "HOME or CTRL" . C would be my wild arrow blast. and Spacebar would be my dash n slash. i've set a macro for the character for Soul Arrow ,CrossbowBooster,Sharpeyes. the button is at B . N would be my normal attack. G or H is my raining mines sikll. A and S is my attributes and skill box. x is my jump button. Delete would be my HP Potion button. Page down would be my MP Potion button. "Alt" is my silver eagle.

for [Login ID 1] should be at 30 strength


i believe what i provided is very detailed . lets say if im a stranger trying to retrieve the account why would i be able to provide so many details ? the reply i got from them after 3 days was that i provided insufficient information for my account to be unsuspended. i believe i provided the 1-7 as they told. unless they expect me to remember all the bloody equipments stats including those rubbish i've got. i went to livechat with a CSO and he said there is nothing they can do about it since i am unable to provide even more detailed information. <- which is equivalent to i am unable to retrieve back my account. i don't even know why was my account was suspended for identity verification . i asked them and they did not give me any specific reasons. just saying that i am suspended for identity verification. so tada , my account is gone Great Work Asiasoft
