I'm writing this post to inform you that a new MapleStory M app has launched on both Android and iOS.
The new MapleStory M is way better than pocket MapleSEA as now you can see each other in the same map. Pocket MapleSEA failed because it is like a solo server, you go into the server and solo all the monsters.
I can see this MapleStory M will be as popular as the PC MapleSEA, as you can see it is launched by Nexon and not Asiasoft. Also, this MapleStory M has first started on Korean, it has seen as a successful game before Nexon decided to move on to Asia such as SG/MY.
Hence, this MapleStory M is likely to replace the PC MapleSEA? Let's see.
MapleStory M has reached the 1st ranking in the role playing category in Apple App Store. This can only mean something. There are really a lot of maplers want to join back to enjoy the fun. As you know MapleSEA is once a childhood game for many. Since MapleSEA has become a hacker story, nobody wants to play it anymore.
With the new MapleStory M, there is no hackers at all. Everything is new, everyone starts from scratch.
After you download the game which is 1.5gb, you can create a character, choose a job out of 5 jobs. If it follows the MapleSEA PC game footsteps, then night lord and bowmaster should be quite a good choice of job.
The most popular server right now is Asia 2 Scania which is for SG/MY. This server is likely to be the next Aquila in that game.

I don't know whether there will be cash transaction soon just like MapleSEA where we can earn real cash by selling equips/weapons in the game. But I will see about that and write more.

Apart from that I have reached level 249 at 80% ... soon to level 250. After level 250, I will check out on MapleStory M.
